Assuming you don't anticipate resistance, just fit for max dps and cap stability. If you have a geddon sitting around, this should work with a simple refit, no rig swapping required:

[Armageddon, posgeddon]
Heat Sink II

Reactor Control Unit II

Drone Damage Amplifier II

Capacitor Power Relay II

Cap Recharger II

Tachyon Beam Laser II, Multifrequency L

[empty high slot]

[empty rig slot]

Garde II x5

Cap stable with max skills*, 1145 dps with t1 ammo. Gardes and multifreq tachs can hit at 30 km so as long as you have a warpin at the edge of the shield, you can just park it, hit F1, and go AFK.

*If you don't have max skills, drop a drone damage amp for a second cap power relay.

Heh, that vexor wasn't actually plated - it was a dual rep fit: http://rvbeve.com/bl...l&kll_id=453237

(the missing low slot mod is a medium AAR)

If you're interested in solo and would like some pointers, especially regarding splitting gangs and tactical warps, you should check out the "eve is easy" (http://www.youtube.c...low=grid&view=0  ) video tutorials made by garmon and friends. They're all pretty good, but the ones linked below are particularly nice introductions, since they show and explain various ways of splitting hostile gangs to effectively turn an unmanageable 1vN situation into a more winnable series of smaller engagements.

Solo shield rupture (within-system and on-grid separation):
