I'm wondering what CCP means by "slightly adjust logos" in order to keep copyrights. It seems that we'll have to wait and see

It means as per the images in the blog - they'll get a watermark.  The watermarked version then becomes CCP's, the none watermarked ones our then "ours" to use as we see fit (merch etc).
