Let's start this fast:
1 ) RvB is a perennial war, so Reds are WT for Blues and vice versa. Shooting a WT has any impact on security standing? I don't think so, but better ask before
2 ) FFA... still no impact on security even if shooting a corp mate?
3 ) Killrights. So far I know that when the target is about to get concordokken, I can attack and not get any killright... what about in the context of RvB? In a fleet fight will I get a bunch of killrights? Probably not due to the whole war thing, but you know lol
4 ) Suspect flag! now, how does that work? Shooting a suspect generates a limited engagement, fine. What about killrights? nothing?
5 ) Other side of that question... say I go suspect. I just become a valid target and that's all?
6 ) Targets, what can I shoot without getting too much trouble? Cans, MTUs, Mobile Depots? all free to shoot? Even if not owned by a WT but say a neutral Joe on grid? I have seen what happens when shooting a wreck that isn't blue or... wrecked by you, and Concord shows up even giving a killright. So, stuff I can shoot without Concord/security loss or killrights?
7 ) Safety. As WT are fair game, it can stay very much on green, right? Such safety, much green, wow
