The 1,000 should be your instant warp to spot, straight out of the station. So when you undock, immediately select that and warp, and it'll take 1000 from the station so you avoid the station campers. From there you can align and warp to wherever you're going.

The insta dock takes right to the undock spot at 0 of the station. Best to use when going back to HQs. From there you can immediately dock.

The 24 hour clock on the skill que is annoying, but once your into lvl 4 you stop noticing. And at lvl 5 you get very excited when you hear "skill training complete" :)

If you think 24 hours is annoying, know that we used to have no skill queue. You'd have to manually change a skill whenever it finished training a level. THAT was annoying.

The 24 hour maximum skill queue is am obvious mechanic to get players to actually interact with the game. Let's see what Mr. Lander has planned for mobile apps + skillqueues.

Yep suck it did. I started in '08 and I can remember having to pull off the rd and start up my laptop and log in to set a new skill. Stuff would complete so fast I started carrying a timer with me because the only way to set a new skill was to log in and start it. If you didn't it just sat there. Ahhh the good old days....

You do realize you can put a skill in that takes longer then 24 hours?

If your worried about your training running out, put a long skill that takes days at the end of your queue. That way, if you don't log in, your still training something useful.

This! plus use 'Advanced Weapon Upgrade' as first long skill.
