CCP have announced that ingame Billboard ads have now been made public and the details can be found here
I know we have a lot of talented members in RvB and would like to put out an open contest for submissions. Please read over the rules, and ask any questions you may have in this forums thread.
The submitted Billboard adds will be voted on by a yet to be named panel of judges, with prizes as follows:
Winner: 500 million ISK (1 billion if CCP accepts it and uses in game)
2nd Place: 250m ISK
Honorable mention: 100m
Please post a LINK to your banner in this forum or evemail a link to me in game.

Lasse, I think that's hilarious, especially the part where it cuts out right as it finished with Red HQ full of corpses. I laughed out loud. However, is the phrase "blue balls" teen rated as the rules state?
