The sky was the colour of TV static the afternoon when the Red Commander watched an ancient Discovery Channel rerun of the Tsar Bomba, a 50 megaton thermonuclear device that was detonated back in the 20th century on old Earth.
He thought that by taking a drake and turing it into a brike with a hardwired autopilot and drunk pod pilot at the helm this tanked ship fitted with enriched uranium, hydrogen isotopes and a nuclear trigger aimed at the blue HQ would finally end thier menace once and for all. Lets face it a fireball at least 8km wide is going to upset someones day.
The autopilot was set to go from Otella -> Poinen -> Josameto -> Liekuri -> Blue HQ and lauch our set to 20:00 Eve time 22nd April and the red commander smiled when he thought of what this would do to any blue pod pilot who wasn't wearing sun block with a 20,000,000 SPF or higher!
Unfortunatly for the red commander the blue commander had watched the same rerun and in an ironic twist of fate had chosen the same lanch time and reciprical route for his nuclear device laden drake!

At 20:00 hours on the 22nd of April two drakes will leave thier respective HQs and the aim of the blue and red fleets will be to get their bomb to the enemy HQ intact whilst preventing the opposit team doing the same.
The red route will be Otella -> Poinen -> Josameto -> Liekuri -> Blue HQ and the blue route Liekuri -> Josameto -> Poinen -> Otella -> Red HQ
Ship restrictions will follow RVP weekend rules except where necessary a drake will be the bomb carrying ship. What this means is if it is a T1 cruiser and below weekend everything except the drake will be t1 cruiser and below, if it is a kitchen sink weekend then anything goes.
Both fleets will leave at the same time and the bomb carrying Drakes will have their autopilots set. The pilots can't change speed or course and will turn on autopilot again if for example they are pointed. Their fleet mates can of course point and web the ships to have some control of when they jump etc. The idea is so that no one can set up a static camp the other team has to jump into.
Red coordinator is me, Hans Roaming and blue coordinator is SaintCav, may the best team win, which will of course be reds
If this is successful then we'll do it again and the reason for simultanious launches is to make it different from the normal escort the VIP events.As as final note the drake containing the bomb will have in its cargo hold:
- 1 Thermonuclear Trigger
- 10 Enriched Uranium
- 10 Hydrogen Isotopes
