Sry, it was bait title. Though you can still get some isk if you read it carefully.

All RvB activities including lowsex roamings are cool but it's time to expand RvB influence further!

As you all know PH moved recently to Geminate. I made a few very shorts visits there to see if they need any help with accommodation.

And my feedback is the following:

  • they want to fight
  • they undock and form quickly
  • not all of them are very experienced
  • it's very close to us as nullsec entrance BWF-ZZ is 7 or so jumps away from us.

Though they can easily blob because they have huge numbers.

Here is a proposal you won't be able to reject (ofc you can reject it, Turgid, but it will have very serious consequences for you  ):

  • we take empty clones
  • we form a fleet of fast ships. long-range inties/frigs (arty Claw?) seem to be the best choice for me.
  • we follow the route Jita -> BWF-ZZ -> Geminate -> killboard
  • we get 100% reimbursed (t2 frig with t2 fit down)

What we need:

  • FC. x up if you are willing to do it
  • at least 7-10 ppl in fleet otherwise it will be hard to kill anything. also, x up if you like the idea

If we like it we can do it regularly in different ships.

Nullsec has a very special atmosphere that I miss sometimes.  If you are new to nullsec it's your chance to taste it (and then die painfully in a bubble).

Not sure on comp though, I feel we'd need more deeps, but I say that all the time.

No experience here, any suggestions on fleet comp are welcome. Anyway, in the end, it will be up to FC.

I was thinking of inties so we can go through most camps and bubbles. And range will allow staying alive a bit longer.

[Claw, Arty Claw ]

Adaptive Nano Plating II
Gyrostabilizer II
IFFA Compact Damage Control
Small Ancillary Armor Repairer, Nanite Repair Paste

5MN Y-T8 Compact Microwarpdrive
Warp Disruptor II

280mm Howitzer Artillery II, Republic Fleet EMP S
280mm Howitzer Artillery II, Republic Fleet EMP S
280mm Howitzer Artillery II, Republic Fleet EMP S
[Empty High slot]

Small Low Friction Nozzle Joints I
Small Projectile Collision Accelerator II

It has 180dps (1000 alpha) that is not bad if a fleet has 10 or more pilots. Though with close range fits it's possible to get much more (blaster taranis has ~270dps for example). We can easily try both as it takes almost no time to reship and come back

Bubbles are the devil but in a large enough group the option to pop them quickly & move out is there.

For cost/fun ratio, Intys will still be the best bet. For cost/devastation ratio T3C would be king.

Either way I'm down with whatever........to DOTLAN!

I’m pretty new round here, just getting back into Eve but feel like I need to learn null sec pvp. So this sounds like a great idea sadly Fc’ing is a long way beyond my capabilities at the moment though.

Cheers

Cool! Looks like we have enough interest to try it out. Let's plan it!

I made another short roam this morning (EU TZ) and in 15 minutes met 3 small fleets we can easily fight with our normal fleet comp. None of them was PH fleet btw so it seems plenty of ppl are hunting PH and each other in the area. That makes me feel excited. It could be another viable option for purple activities.

We are all dying, every moment that passes of every day. That is the inescapable truth of this existence. It is a truth that can paralyze us with fear, or one that can energize us with impatience, with the desire to explore and experience, with the hope - nay, the iron-will - to find a memory in every action. To be alive, under sunshine, or starlight, in weather fair or stormy. To dance with every step, be they through gardens of flowers or through deep snows.
