Here we go!

Solo Dual Rep Blaster, Fast and good DPS, but lacks range control

Spoiler

Then its brother the Dual Rep Afterburner Railgun fit, use this as a scram kiter trades MWD speed and blaster DPS for range control.

Spoiler

And finally a fleet fit, omni resists, strong DPS, and a neut. A gang of comets with a single logi can wreck in this.

Most people probably know this fit already, but in case they don't:

[Federation Navy Comet, No Point]

Damage Control II
Small Ancillary Armor Repairer, Nanite Repair Paste
Magnetic Field Stabilizer II
Magnetic Field Stabilizer II

1MN Afterburner II
Stasis Webifier II
X5 Enduring Stasis Webifier

Light Neutron Blaster II, Void S
Small Gremlin Compact Energy Neutralizer
Light Neutron Blaster II, Void S

Small Transverse Bulkhead II
Small Transverse Bulkhead II
Small Transverse Bulkhead II

Hobgoblin II x3

This fit does 346 dps with void, heat and hobs, which you can use because the dual webs allow you to track with void and maintain range against AB frigs. You can push that to 358 with cheap implants. It also has a neut to shut down aars. And it has 7.21k ehp with 4.55k of that in hull, plus 2.87k ehp from the rep (with standard exile). The point is to kill people before they know what has hit them. If the target is going to die and starts to align out turn off one or both of the webs, this will increase the time it takes them to enter warp. Also try bumping them. Bait tanking with the massive hull buffer also helps keep people on grid.

At least for fw lowsec, by far the best faction frigate (mostly cause enter at 0 kills slicers).

This post clearly needs an update.

Dual-prop Nosferatu Tackle

Spoiler

Excellent for heavy tackle in a frigate fleet, or fast tackle in a larger fleet. You have the speed to catch your targets, the tank to not die in the process, and the nos for more cap stability (which is probably the comet's biggest weakness). You can swap out the AB for a Web depending on personal tastes - it drops your survivability but improves your tackle.
